About this desk

A Volume alert means traded volume jumped sharply against the token's recent average.

In short: momentum alerts show that something is moving, not why. Dirty Trade House reads Volume on Solana as a question: who is driving the move, and can the pool absorb it?

Dirty Trade House tracks Volume because moves show up there first. The desk then compares volume with liquidity, holder count and wallet spread before it treats a move as real.

First look: Divide 24-hour volume by liquidity. A very high ratio can mean churn between a few wallets. Check whether the move started before or after the first public call.

Study list

If you follow @empiresolvolume, these guides explain the checks behind it.

A ten-minute check

Run these on every contract, in this order.

Step 1

Size the position so a total loss does not change your week.

Step 2

Look at what the creator address launched before and how those ended.

Step 3

Write down the level that proves you wrong before any buy.

Step 4

Confirm on the chart which pool the price comes from and how deep it is.

Step 5

Check whether mint and freeze authorities are revoked where the chain allows them.

Quick definitions

Wash trading
Fake volume created by one party trading with itself.
Rug pull
When insiders remove liquidity or dump supply and the price collapses.
Slippage
The gap between the expected price and the fill price.
Mint authority
The right to create new supply; on a safe token it is revoked.

The filter

Every desk in the network filters differently. This is the screen Dirty Trade House applies to the @empiresolvolume lane:

  • market cap at least $20.0K
  • at least 100 holders

Checked against the latest 45 alerts in the lane (about 13 hours): 18 passed. The passing group sat at a median $304.0K cap with $85.9K in the pool and roughly 1891 holders. 9 of the 45 lane alerts had liquidity below a tenth of their market cap, which makes exits expensive. Median concentration in the lane: 7 % of supply in the top ten wallets.

Values measured on 2026-09-23 from the Empire feed. The screen is a filter, not a recommendation.
